Rivers

Mahananda: The name of the famous river of Tetulia upazila is Mahananda. This river enters Bangladesh from India through Tetulia. The main feature of this river is that a lot of rocks are found here. The poor people of Tetulia upazila make a living by extracting stones from this river. The river flows by the side of Tetulia Dakbanglo and flows in a very beautiful view. In the dry season, the river has very little water, so you can walk to the other side. On the other side of this river in Bangladesh and on the other side is India. Among other rivers are:
